Mark has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry with extensive experience in technology, security, privacy and estate laws. He has served as CCO, CLO and Chief Privacy Officer for various broker-dealers/investment advisers and has provided legal services to Fortune 500 and other major corporations. Mark has assisted thousands of advisers and clients throughout his career in estate and compliance-related matters and has specialized in technology, privacy and estate law. As a financial specialist with a focus on data security/privacy and estates, Mark is uniquely qualified to lead the Company in its formation and long-term growth strategy.
Randall Simms is the Company’s Chief Technical Officer. He is presently the New Media Director and Liehr Marketing & Communications where he has been employed for 10 years. He previously served as Vice President & CTO at JR&B Associates (15 years), and as a software engineer at Toyota Motor Sales (4 years). He is skilled in all facets of software and database management using Microsoft technologies and has over 12 years of experience designing and developing enterprise class software, content management systems, and web applications. He is also highly respected in the field of audio/ video streaming technology and has produced and delivered award winning content for a diverse client base.
